This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and supporting business growth through strategic multi‑channel marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of marketing officers and specialists. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across online and offline channels. Stay current with marketing trends and best practices, recommending innovative approaches. Oversee online marketing initiatives: social media, online advertising, influencer marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM/ASO, mobile app marketing, website content, and other digital channels. Oversee offline marketing initiatives: print advertising, direct mail campaigns, events, trade shows, and public relations. Create compelling marketing content and promotions aligned with brand positioning. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials. Monitor brand health and reputation, implementing strategies to enhance brand perception. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and their contribution to revenue targets. Allocate marketing budget across channels based on performance analysis. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability. Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs for team members. Coordinate cross-department collaborations to align marketing with overall business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors. Present marketing plans and results to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on both online and offline strategies (experience in financial services or fintech is a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Proven track record in designing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand growth, increase revenue, and enhance user acquisition. Experience working with cross‑functional teams, external partners, and agencies. Experience working with OFW communities/clients is an advantage but not required. Willingness to travel for fieldwork and attend events. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and software is a plus.
