About the role:

The Marketing Manager must establish a digital and events marketing campaign through effective strategies and coordinate the work directly under the E-commerce Manager and Business Unit Head. Additionally, he/she will take assignments from the Retail-Sales team and be responsible for each assigned workload.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for offline and online accounts across
  • social media platforms.
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook,
  • Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc.
  • Grow brand awareness to increase lead generation
  • Effectively and efficiently run promotional ads to attain company's ROI goals
  • Prepare digital strategic reports and action plans to attain specific goals.
  • Generate quality Blogs, infographics, videos to promote brands and products in the digital market or social media platforms.
  • Create weekly/monthly campaign calendar
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance to identify high-performing ideas for scalability.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance and ensure that the brand is in the forefront of industry developments
  • Collaborate with product, CRM, and retargeting teams to drive events focused on acquisition and engagement
  • Assist and collaborate with creative team for the photo/video shoots
  • Perform any or other tasks assigned or required by the Management
  • Events marketing and campaigns

Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least 3 year(s) of relevant work experience in handling Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications and Events Management
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good communication skills, both in verbal and written forms
  • Proficient in Marketing Automation tools.
  • Expert in social media analytics software including Facebook Insights, Google analytics, etc. to track audience engagements and campaign performance.
  • Must have a strong commercial outlook.
  • Able to position the brand upward by formulating growth strategies as well as to analyze performance outstandingly.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Can withstand pressure
  • Onsite set up in Makati and willing to work in Saturday (half day)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
