Marketing Assistant / Staff (Active Pooling)

Location: 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave, Grace Park East, Caloocan City

Job Description:

We are actively pooling candidates for the Marketing Assistant / Staff position for future openings. The role involves assisting in marketing operations, preparing promotional materials, and supporting both online and offline marketing activities to help strengthen brand presence and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal departments to support marketing projects.
  • Prepare and manage marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and online content.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including social media postings and audience engagement.
  • Conduct basic market research and prepare related reports for analysis.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing expenses, materials, and campaign performance.
  • Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the marketing department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • With 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in marketing or administrative support (preferred).
  • Familiar with basic marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to assist in multiple tasks.
  • Willing to be considered for future openings (active pooling).
