Job Summary

The Store and Marketing Manager will oversee the day-to-day store operations while leading strategic marketing initiatives focused on store traffic, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns. This role requires a balance of leadership, creativity, and analytical thinking to ensure both sales growth and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including sales supervision, inventory coordination, and staff performance.
  • Develop and implement store marketing strategies to increase walk-in traffic and sales conversion.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure excellent store presentation, product display, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce and social media teams to align online and offline promotions.
  • Prepare marketing reports, budget proposals, and performance updates for management.
  • Lead, train, and motivate store personnel to meet performance and customer service goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in retail management and/or marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage both store operations and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Creative thinker with hands-on experience in visual merchandising, events, or local promotions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and retail analytics is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
