Position Overview:

The Remote Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a wide range of positions within the construction sector. This role requires strong knowledge of Australian recruitment practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify candidates with the right technical expertise and cultural fit for our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across construction projects.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers in Australia.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations for client review.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and pipelines.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top construction talent.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian recruitment standards and equal opportunity practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within the construction or engineering sector.
  • Familiarity with Australian recruitment market and roles in construction.
  • Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of online recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience working remotely with international clients is an advantage.
