Role Description
The Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in building our team by identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our company. This role will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment with a primary focus on sourcing candidates through various channels and conducting interviews to ensure strong alignment with our culture and role requirements.
As our Recruitment Specialist, you will actively create and maintain talent pipelines, manage candidate communications, and partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment process. You will represent our company's brand to prospective candidates and ensure that every interaction reflects our values and growth vision.
Key Outcomes
- Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and direct outreach).
- Manage the full recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers, ensuring timely and successful hires.
- Conduct initial screenings and structured interviews to assess both skills and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver strong candidate shortlists.
- Ensure every candidate has a positive experience, with clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Track and report on recruitment activities, maintaining accurate candidate data in the ATS.
- Actively support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an attractive place to work.
- Deliver against agreed hiring timelines and contribute to continuous improvements in the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruiting and Hiring
- Strong Interviewing skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Training and onboarding new employees
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and department managers
- Strong organizational and project management skills
