We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Recruiting Specialist to join our team and play a key role in executing our recruitment and talent strategies.
Job Description:
As a Recruiting Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, managing visa processes, and onboarding. You'll work closely with candidates and clients to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant hiring practices, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings within the education, financial services, accounting, manufacturing and healthcare industry.
- Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, work permit, and visa requirements.
- Solve routine problems of various scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.
- Ensures the positions are filled in a timely and efficient manner that is in full compliance with all guidelines.
- Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination/scheduling, offer negotiation, closing of candidates, visa assistance, and onboarding.
- Build, develop, and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent.
- Build and maintain a pool of talent based on skill/competency and location so we can draw on for future talent-based needs.
- Build relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
- Implement strategies that decrease our reliance on third parties to source talent and improve our time to efficiency for new hires.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with complete and accurate data.
- Providing reporting dashboards to share with clients and management to demonstrate progress against hiring goals.
Ensure hiring is in line with Company policy and commitment to diversity and equality.
