Role Overview

As our Recruiting Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, schedule, and manage candidates globally. You'll play a key role in ensuring a professional, smooth hiring process for applicants, while helping us build a team that changes lives.

This isn't just admin work. It's mission-driven recruiting that connects talent with purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job ads across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
  • Source and engage candidates for hard-to-fill positions using creative methods
  • Schedule interviews across time zones and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication
  • Maintain candidate records in our ATS and track hiring pipelines
  • Support managers with candidate materials and feedback collection
  • Assist with market research and talent mapping for strategic recruitment

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written & spoken English
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or talent acquisition support
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Google Workspace, and ATS tools
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule (see options below) to overlap with U.S. hours
  • Reliable home office setup (stable internet, computer, webcam, headset)
