Home-Based HR Specialist (Speakto Inc.)

About Us:

Speakto Inc. (brand: ET-Phone) is an online English education company composed of native English-speaking teachers. We are dedicated to teaching English to Korean students and are now looking for an HR Specialist to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and management of online English teachers
  • Conducting orientation for new teachers
  • Attendance monitoring
  • Teacher employment contract administration
  • Collaboration with the Korea office

Compensation & Incentives:

  • Company Service Incentive (CSI)
  • Perfect Attendance Incentive (PAI)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (8 hours/day)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, regular position

Salary:

  • ₱25,000 – ₱27,000 per month (net pay)

Additional Benefits:

  • 13th-month pay
  • Holiday pay

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of HR-related work experience

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong English communication skills
  • HR-related degree/certification (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 1.5 years' experience as an Admin or HR Assistant
  • Highly organized and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
