This role focuses on sourcing and engaging top substation design engineers within the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector — a highly specialised, fast-growing area critical to powering the energy transition.
Location Options
- Ortigas, Metro Manila (Office-Based)
Remote (Philippines-Based) — applications from outside Manila will be considered, but you must have an approved work-from-home setup including:
Your own computer
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Backup power solution
Working Hours
- 7:30am – 4:00pm (Perth time), Monday to Friday
- Additional reasonable overtime as required
- No weekends or night shifts
What You'll Be Doing
As a Virtual Recruitment Specialist, you'll focus on high-demand engineering roles within the T&D sector. This is a fast-paced, candidate-driven market, so persistence, precision, and relationship-building are key.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively source and engage candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain talent pools of niche engineers for current and future roles
- Conduct screening conversations to assess technical experience, motivations, and career goals
- Manage candidate records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date in the ATS
- Format CVs, prepare candidate profiles, and present shortlists to consultants
- Post job ads and support market-mapping projects to identify top talent
- Assist with candidate documentation, references, and interview coordination
- Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure smooth, high-quality candidate experiences

- Lusha (or similar data enrichment tools)
What Makes You the Right Fit?
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support (ideally technical/engineering)
- Strong communication skills — confident engaging with candidates over the phone and online
- Self-starter mindset, motivated to deliver results in a competitive candidate market
- High attention to detail, with strong organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using recruitment systems, Excel, and digital tools
- Bonus: Experience with JobAdder or similar ATS/CRM

Contract Details
