This is an opportunity to join the recruitment team at Duo Group as a Recruitment Specialist. In this full-time, work-from-home role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for a variety of positions across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media and direct outreach
  • Phone and video screening and assessing applicants to ensure they meet the requirements for Onshore roles
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, and experience in Boolean searching
  • Collaborating with the hiring manager to understand talent needs and requirements

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in either Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in a recruitment specialist role within an offshore account, an agency or RPO environment
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Seek, Upwork, and Jobstreet from an employer site
  • Strong sourcing and talent attraction skills, with the ability to identify and engage with passive candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and conversational English
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and technologies
  • Own WFH set up ( Computer windows device only, 2 monitors, noise-cancelling headset, HD camera, reliable internet connection ( at least 15 Mbps speed)  , backup generator if power disruption)
  • Able to deliver recruitment services during the company's operational hours
