DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and pool direct labor applicants (Staff, Motorpool, Skilled workers and / or Laborers).

  • Conduct the initial screening of direct labor worker candidates.

  • Endorse the pre-screened applicants for trade testing and interview with the Foreman and Area Manager.

  • Regularly provide updates on direct labor hiring

  • Facilitate project employment contract issuance to qualified candidates

  • Ensure candidates submits pre-employment requirements, undergo onboarding and safety orientation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Psychology / BS Human Resource Development Management / BS Behavioural Science or any related course

  • Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, tile setters, etc.

  • Must be willing to be assigned at our project site in Cebu

  • Candidate must also be willing to undergo training at our Head Office in Bangkal, Makati for 2-3 months

  • Please take note that this is a project-based position
