Skills Required - Technical Skills: ​ - Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and other design software. ​ - Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility standards. ​ - Understanding of structural systems, electrical systems, and HVAC. ​ - Creative Skills: ​ - Artistic vision and design flair. ​ - Ability to visualize spaces and create innovative solutions. ​ - Strong graphic communication skills. ​ - Soft Skills: ​ - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ​ - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. ​ - Effective leadership and teamwork skills.
