Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Site Architect to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support site operations and provide technical and design input both on-site and in the office as needed. This role is ideal for a motivated Architecture graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the construction of premium properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing architectural works and ensuring design intent is implemented on site.
  • Coordinate with project/ site engineers, contractors, and suppliers during various stages of construction.
  • Prepare and update drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Conduct site inspections and assist with documentation, reporting, and progress monitoring.
  • Provide support for office-based design tasks, presentations, and client meetings when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Licensed or Non-Licensed).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of other design software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Must be willing to work on-site and report to the office when required. We provide shuttle from the Muntinlupa head office to project site (vice versa).
