Be part of the design team of a Triple A construction firm and lead architectural development for high-value projects. This role is perfect for architects who enjoy both creative and technical work—from concept design to final detailing and onsite coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full design development process from conceptualization to construction drawings.
  • Produce high-quality architectural plans, 3D models, and BIM outputs.
  • Ensure all designs comply with local codes, fire safety standards, and client requirements.
  • Mentor junior architects and coordinate closely with structural, MEP, and construction teams.
  • Conduct site inspections, respond to RFIs, and resolve design-related issues.
  • Prepare presentations, design proposals, and documentation for approvals.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect; Master's degree or additional certifications are a plus.
  • 8–10 years of experience in architectural design and coordination.
  • Strong portfolio in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Proficient in CAD and BIM tools (Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD).
  • Strong project coordination skills and understanding of construction workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
