Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and organize the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel for the executive, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Communication Management: Screen and respond to emails and phone calls, acting as a gatekeeper and filter between the executive and other staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, coordinate with attendees, arrange meeting logistics, and take minutes or action items.
  • Document and Presentation Preparation: Create, organize, and manage reports, presentations, and other documents, often compiling data from various sources.
  • Project Support: Assist with managing projects, including tracking progress, handling follow-ups, and coordinating with teams.
  • Administrative Support: Handle expenses, manage records, and perform other day-to-day administrative functions.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a representative for the executive, interacting with both internal and external parties.
