Creative Production Assistant (Part-Time, 25 hrs/week)

Location: Antipolo (with occasional off-site shoots)

Schedule: 25 hours per week (approx. 5 hours/day)

About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Production Assistant to support day-to-day studio operations and post-production work. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn both the technical and creative sides of photography and design production.

You'll work closely with the photographer/art director on shoots and help with design execution, editing, and production tasks using provided templates.

Scope of Work On Shoot Days

  • Studio prep and breakdown
  • Gear handling
  • Support during shoots (shot list management, client-facing assistance, file backup)

Post-Production & Photoshop

  • Photos: culling, applying presets, basic retouching
  • Video: culling and basic stitching
  • Photoshop production: Execute within templates (drop in images, replace text, etc.)
  • Resize/crop content for multiple platforms.
  • Export deliverables in correct formats.
  • File management: maintain neat folders, PSDs, archives.

Availability & Terms

  • Schedule: 5 hours/day, 5 days a week (25 hours total).
  • Flexibility: Mix of in-studio (shoot days) and remote (template/post days)
  • Overtime: Paid if tasks extend beyond agreed hours
  • Transportation allowance

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (required); familiarity with Lightroom and Premiere is a plus
  • Interest in photography, design, or creative production
  • Organized, consistent, and willing to learn on the job
  • Able to come to the studio in Antipolo when needed
  • Open to occasional off-site shoots
