Key Responsibilities

  • Develop performance-based and deemed-to-satisfy fire safety strategies in accordance with the NCC and AS 3959, AS 2419, AS 1670, AS 1851, etc.
  • Prepare fire engineering reports for building approvals and construction certification
  • Liaise with clients, certifiers, fire brigades, architects, and design teams
  • Conduct risk assessments and performance solution evaluations
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout design and construction phases
  • Stay current with industry trends, building regulations, and fire safety legislation

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in fire engineering within the Australian construction/building industry
  • Strong knowledge of the NCC, BCA, and relevant Australian Standards
  • Experience preparing fire engineering reports for performance solutions
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Proficient with tools such as FDS, Pathfinder, B-RISK, or similar (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
