Hydraulic Engineer

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Engineer to independently manage and deliver hydraulic designs across multiple building and infrastructure projects. This is a fully remote role suitable for someone who thrives in a flexible, autonomous working environment and is confident working with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document hydraulic services including hot and cold water, sanitary plumbing and drainage, stormwater, fire hydrant, and sprinkler systems
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3500 series, NCC/BCA, WSAA codes, etc.)
• Liaise with architects, structural and civil engineers, and contractors throughout the design and construction phases
• Produce detailed specifications and hydraulic drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
• Perform site assessments (virtual when required) and prepare reports
• Stay up to date with legislation, standards, and best practices in hydraulic design
• Assist in mentoring junior engineers or drafters (optional depending on experience)

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with a focus on Building Services or Hydraulic Engineering
• Minimum 3+ years of hydraulic design experience in the Australian market
• Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards (AS/NZS 3500, BCA/NCC, etc.)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience working in a remote or flexible environment (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
