Company Overview
Eurofast Global delivers turnkey engineering, design, supply, and certification for seismic bracing, restraints, and supports for MEP‑F (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire) and architectural systems, ensuring code compliance and life safety in buildings.
What You'll Do:
· Respond to customer enquiries via phone, e‑mail, or other channels about seismic support products, certification processes, pricing, and timelines.
· Assist customers in obtaining quotes, processing orders, tracking delivery or installation status. Liaise with engineering, production, logistics teams to resolve any technical or order‑related issues; escalate when necessary.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order details, and pending issues in the Pipedrive CRM / order management system.
· Monitor and report on customer service metrics (e.g. response time, resolution time, satisfaction). Provide feedback to improve product documentation, processes, or customer satisfaction based on repeated questions or issues.
What We're Looking For:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field
· 2-3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a technical product or engineering environment
· Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM (ideal) or order management software
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
· Basic understanding (or willingness to learn) of technical terminology related to seismic supports, bracing, anchor fixings, etc.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical or complex information clearly
· Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow‑ups efficiently
· Good accuracy and attention to detail
· Customer‑focused attitude, patience, and problem‑solving mindset
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Home Office Requirements:
· Perfectly working noise-cancelling headset and webcam
· Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps
· Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey or later
· Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
· A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift

What's In Store For You:
· 25 days of Service Incentive Leave (SIL) inclusive of the Christmas shutdown. This will commence on day 1, earning the Contractor 1.5 days of leave credit every month at the start of his/her employment. Full leave credits will be available for the Contractor after the 6-month training period and replenished every work anniversary. In the event of the Contractor's resignation, SIL credits are automatically forfeited.
