Position Title: Civil / Structural Engineer – Seismic Support Systems

Work Set Up: Work-from-Home | Independent Contractor

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM; Mon-Fri

Salary: 40,000 PHP monthly

Company Overview

Eurofast Global provides turnkey engineering, design, supply, and certification of seismic bracing, restraints, and supports for MEP‑F (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire) and Architectural systems. We ensure buildings are safer and code‑compliant, specializing in AS1170.4 and related standards.

What You'll Do:

· Develop structural designs and calculations for seismic support, restraints, anchors and bracing for MEP‑F / architectural components

· Create and review drawings (IFC, workshop, as‑built) and technical documentation

· Specify anchorage details and ensure fixings & fasteners are properly engineered

· Perform site inspections or installation reviews to validate compliance and quality

· Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and product teams to integrate support systems effectively

What We're Looking For:

· Bachelor's degree (Civil / Structural Engineering)

· Professional certification/licensure preferred

· 3‑7 years' experience in structural or seismic/bracing engineering

· Proficiency with structural analysis tools & CAD/BIM software

· Good knowledge of seismic and structural codes (including AS1170.4)

· Strong attention to detail, safety, and documentation

· Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects

Home Office Requirements:

· Perfectly working noise-cancelling headset and webcam

· Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps

· Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey or later

· Quiet room with no distractions or background noises

· A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift

What's In Store For You:

· 25 days of Service Incentive Leave (SIL) inclusive of the Christmas shutdown. This will commence on day 1, earning the Contractor 1.5 days of leave credit every month at the start of his/her employment. Full leave credits will be available for the Contractor after the 6-month training period and replenished every work anniversary. In the event of the Contractor's resignation, SIL credits are automatically forfeited.
