Work from Home, Philippines El Construction Group Inc. Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

We are looking for a freelance Design Engineer who can support our team in preparing, reviewing, signing, and sealing detailed Land Development, Geodetic, and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) design plans for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, sign, and seal engineering design plans, including:
  • Site development plans
  • Grading and drainage layouts
  • Geodetic survey plans and computations
  • MEPF design drawings (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
  • Ensure all designs comply with national and local standards, codes, and permit requirements.
  • Provide technical recommendations for design efficiency and constructability.
  • Collaborate with in-house engineers, architects, and consultants to finalize design outputs.
  • Deliver final drawings in AutoCAD / Civil 3D / Revit format within agreed deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer, Geodetic Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer (with active PRC license).
  • Authorized to sign and seal plans for respective discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in land development, site planning, or subdivision design.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MEPF design software.
  • Strong technical background, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Can commit to project deadlines and quality standards.
