Client Partnership Manager

We are looking for a Client Partnership Manager to lead client relations and business growth initiatives for Aidea. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing winning proposals that align with our firm's innovative and technology-driven approach.
You'll work closely with Studio Directors and the Proposals & Contracts Team to craft strategies, deliver strong client presentations, and represent Aidea at meetings and events. If you have a mix of business development skill, design industry knowledge, and passion for client success — we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Define market and sector strategies, identifying Aidea's competitive advantages in design and technology.
- Lead business development and client engagement activities, tracking new leads and nurturing relationships.
- Manage proposal and bid submissions, creating compelling image-driven portfolios and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat projects and long-term success.
- Represent Aidea in client meetings, professional associations, and industry events.
- Work with internal teams to align design, BIM, and digital services with client needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related Design field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in client relations, business development, or design management.
- Strong understanding of architecture, planning, interior design, and engineering processes.
- Must be familiar with BIM (Building Information Modeling), BMS (Building Management Systems), Digital Twinning, and Facilities Management technologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, and CRM platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a professional, trustworthy presence.
- Experience handling confidential information related to clients and projects.
