What You'll Do

As the Partnerships Manager, you will lead the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships that drive growth, enhance customer experience, and align with our brand values. This role is essential in building meaningful relationships with external partners from complementary brands to influencers and platforms that increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Identify, pitch, and secure brand and institutional partnerships across relevant categories, with focus on banks and financial institutions
  • Lead end-to-end execution of activations and work closely with marketing, events, and content teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, providing ongoing account servicing and relationship nurturing while ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction, renewal, and long-term retention
  • Provide post-activation reports with analysis and recommendations
  • Lead sponsorship acquisition efforts for minor and major events

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, preferably bank partnerships

  • Experience in event sponsorships, brand activations, or campaign planning

  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams
