Expeditor (Records Retrieval)

The Expeditor is responsible for coordinating the retrieval of records in response to subpoenas or authorizations. Core responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to facilities to follow up on record requests
- Logging all communications and updating order statuses in our internal system (Wincopy)
- Sending fax and email requests to obtain updates or documentation
- Communicating with clients regarding the status of their requests and any correspondence received
Checking various online portals for available records or invoices - Downloading and saving records and invoices to the appropriate location for processing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working with records, subpoenas, or authorizations is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer systems
- Comfortable using internal platforms and online portals for tracking and downloading documents
- Experience with email, fax, and document management tools

- Ability to clearly document updates and communications
Organizational Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
