Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to assist in maintaining accurate and efficient records. The successful candidate will be responsible for encoding financial data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the accounting team with clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately encode transactions into the company's system.
  • Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update records and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, invoices, and other documents.
  • Organize and file accounting documents for easy retrieval.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information.
  • Support the accounting team in audits and other financial tasks as needed.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate with Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Experience: With at least 1 year of experience as Accounting Staff
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high accuracy and precision in data entry and financial reporting
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Confidentiality: Must maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
