  • Process and verify incoming invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Prepare and process accounts payable checks and electronic payments.
  • Maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and audits related to accounts payable transactions.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and accounting issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documents for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Finance team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
