HIRING: PROCUREMENT OFFICER

STARTING SALARY OFFERED: 18,000- 20,000 per month.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers for materials and services.
  • Overseeing inventory levels, tracking stock, and ensuring timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
  • Process purchase orders and manage procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with engineering, project, and operations teams to understand technical requirements.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with administration and finance to ensure proper budgeting, payment, and accounting of purchased goods and services.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders based on project and inventory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and budget constraints.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance are prefered.
  • Minimum of 1 year of procurement experience, preferably in construction.
  • Advance skill in microsoft excel and inventory management.
