We are looking for a Material Control Supervisor to join our growing team in Trece Martires City, Cavite

If you have a strong background in inventory and material management, and are ready to step into a leadership role, this is your chance to play a key part in overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, and production support in a dynamic steel manufacturing environment.

As our Material Control Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise and monitor inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies
  • Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and issuance of materials
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Implement effective stock control systems and procedures
  • Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile variances
  • Analyze usage trends to optimize stock levels and reduce wastage
  • Maintain updated records of all material movements and transactions
  • Lead and train material control staff to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or any related field
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in material control, inventory, or warehouse supervision
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable in inventory systems, documentation, and reporting
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Willing to work on-site in Trece Martires City, Cavite
  • Can start immediately
