Job Title: HR Senior Assistant

Location: West McKinley, Taguig City

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Maintain and update HR records, files, and HRIS databases.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and HR reporting.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, leaves, and other HR-related programs.
  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle general HR inquiries from employees.
  • Assist in HR projects and special assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in HR or administrative support role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
