Job Summary:

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources Department in various functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training, and records management. This internship provides hands-on experience and exposure to different HR processes, making it an excellent opportunity for BS Psychology or BS Human Resource Management students to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for applicants.
  • Help in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
  • Support in the preparation and facilitation of training programs, orientations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and preparing HR documents.
  • Participate in payroll and benefits administration tasks, as needed.
  • Assist in conducting research on HR best practices, policies, and trends.
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and other tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Psychology or Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management (or related course).
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to work onsite

Contract length: 3 months
