About the role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative in Dolores, Taytay Rizal. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with merchandising and inventory, and helping to drive sales during our busy holiday season.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
2. Assisting with the presentation and visual merchandising of products to maximise sales
3. Restocking and organising shelves and displays to maintain store cleanliness and product availability
4. Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and credit card payments
5. Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales goals and targets
6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably during a peak season
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and provide excellent service
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining store presentation and cleanliness
5. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the business
