Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in the recruitment process by posting job opening, reviewing, and conducting initial interviews screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring manager.
- Conduct background check and assist selection process.
- Responsible for employee onboarding (Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.)
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) For record-keeping and reporting.
Job Specifications:
- Must be Graduate of four (4) year course preferably related in Human Resource.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office. (Excel PPT, Word)
- Background in SAP System is a plus.
