Administrative Assistant

JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ranging from administrative duties to legal research, document preparation, and liaising with government/private offices.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Organize, manage, and ensure proper indexing, storage, and retrieval of documents.
 - Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems.
 - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
 - Maintain confidential information and records with a high level of discretion.
 - Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Manage conference room reservations and set up for meetings.
 - Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
 - Maintain and order office supplies for the department.
 - Operate company vehicles for document delivery. Ensure the safe and secure transport of documents to various locations.
 - Identify and resolve administrative problems and inefficiencies.
 - Anticipate the needs of team and take proactive measures to address them.
 - Adhere to the company policies and procedures.
 - Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the superior as needed.
 
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in any four-year business course, preferably in legal management.
Experience: Experience as a legal assistant is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

 - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
