JOB SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ranging from administrative duties to legal research, document preparation, and liaising with government/private offices.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

  • Organize, manage, and ensure proper indexing, storage, and retrieval of documents.
  • Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain confidential information and records with a high level of discretion.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Manage conference room reservations and set up for meetings.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain and order office supplies for the department.
  • Operate company vehicles for document delivery. Ensure the safe and secure transport of documents to various locations.
  • Identify and resolve administrative problems and inefficiencies.
  • Anticipate the needs of team and take proactive measures to address them.
  • Adhere to the company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the superior as needed.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in any four-year business course, preferably in legal management.

Experience: Experience as a legal assistant is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
