We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update client database in Google doc
- Create and manage invoices in Quickbooks
- Prepare and issue engagement letters via email
- Distribute audit reports to clients via email
- Support team members with administrative and bookkeeping tasks
- Communicate with clients following up on pending items needed to close out the yearly audit files.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with Adobe and QuickBooks Online
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment
