The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services, increase brand awareness, and achieve sales targets. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, supervising the marketing team, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Supervise and guide the marketing team in executing campaigns and projects.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to support business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
  • Plan and oversee advertising, promotions, and events.
  • Manage social media, online platforms, and other marketing channels.
  • Prepare and present marketing performance reports to management.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and company policies.
  • Recommend new marketing tools, channels, and strategies for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and branding.
  6. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  7. Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools/software.
  8. Creative, resourceful, and results-driven.
  9. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
