  1. To develop and generate business primarily from the Iloilo Province and its neighboring provinces situated in Panay area. Such as territories maybe expanded and reduced as the situation calls for it.
  2. To recruit, train, develop and supervised qualified number of in-house Marketing Associates and producing sales force such as, freelancer agent.
  3. To meet the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual production goal that shall be assigned and/ or agreed upon with the management.
  4. Prepare annual goal supported by the marketing plan and achievable on a monthly & quarterly basis
  5. Prepare logistical support to attain the production goal on a quarterly basis
  6. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual reports to top management.
  7. Prepare marketing program such as ads to back up other exposures.
  8. Submit weekly Itinerary to achieve the goal.
  9. Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships, referrals and maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
  10. Seek out new client and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
  11. Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to insure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
  12. Builds trust. Value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
  13. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
  14. Proactively establish and maintain effectively working team relationships with all support departments.
  15. Protect organizational value by keeping information confidential.
  16. Willing to be assigned in Manila, Cebu , Antique and other areas of Panay.
  17. Performs other duties that may be assigned by the management.
