Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the hotel's services and amenities.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to produce promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Organize and oversee special events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain brand standards across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Prepare marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Supervise and mentor marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
