As a Sales Supervisor, you will: Lead and supervise Salesmen (SM) and Assistant Salesmen (ASM) Ensure monthly and annual sales, collection, and profitability targets are achieved Conduct regular fieldwork, route planning, and team performance monitoring Oversee product movement and field operations in assigned territories Provide on-ground training, coaching, and performance evaluation Build and maintain strong client relationships Uphold Roymed's core values: Integrity, Discipline, Respect, Resilience, and Orderliness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php27,820.00 per month
