What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed team targets
  • Supervise and coach a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a sales supervisory or team lead role, preferably in distribution or FMCG
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive results
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and performance metrics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
