CLEANFUEL IS LOOKING FOR AREA MANAGER

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE

  • Ensure 100% compliance in manpower, equipment, customer service, cleanliness, and sales targets.
  • Implement company policies and conduct thorough monitoring of assigned stations.
  • Train new Supervisors and ensure continuous development for Supervisors, Cashiers, and Pump Attendants.
  • Ensure compliance in performance and internal audits for handled stations.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication – both oral and written

MUST HAVES

  • With at least five (5) year working experience as Area Manager
  • Experience in any fuel or sales industry
  • Good oral and written communication skills
