Back Office Admin Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous person to fill the role of Back Office Admin Assistant. This position involves basic data entry and administrative tasks, as well as following up on referrals from providers, verifying insurance, and updating patient records.
Qualifications:
- Strong filing and data entry skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Highly attentive to detail
- Good IT knowledge
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
- Prior experience working with a U.S. client or in a BPO setting is a plus
- Willingness to work full-time onsite during the graveyard shift at our Makati office
- Must reside near the Makati office location
