Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Smart Contract Developer with deep expertise in Layer 2 protocols, cross chain architectures, and scalable dApp development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Rust, Solidity, and Go, and a track record of building secure, performant smart contracts across EVM, Solana, and Cosmos ecosystems. In this role, you will design and implement next-generation decentralized applications and Layer 2 solutions that improve scalability, efficiency, and interoperability. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to architect systems that push the boundaries of blockchain innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize smart contracts for Solana Layer 2, EVM-based chains, and Cosmos SDK.
  • Build scalable dApps and backend infrastructure that integrate seamlessly across multiple blockchain ecosystems.
  • Develop Layer 2 solutions focused on scalability, transaction throughput, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define technical requirements and implement new features.
  • Conduct rigorous testing, audits, and code reviews to ensure security, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Contribute to the development of APIs, SDKs, and tooling for dApp integration.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in Layer 2, Solana, cross-chain bridges, and cryptographic protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Rust, Solidity, and Go for blockchain and smart contract development.
  • Strong background in Layer 2 solutions (rollups, state channels, or other scaling technologies).
  • Hands-on experience building on EVM-compatible chains, Solana, and Cosmos.
  • Solid understanding of decentralized application architecture, consensus algorithms, and cryptography.
  • Experience with performance optimization, secure coding practices, and production-grade blockchain systems.
  • Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience designing cross-chain protocols, bridges, or interoperability solutions.
  • Knowledge of DeFi primitives, staking mechanisms, or governance systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, containerization tools (e.g., Docker), and cloud-native environments.
  • Contributions to open-source blockchain/Web3 projects.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.

Contract: 12 months
