Role Purpose

The full stack developer's role is responsible for providing an end-to-end development

service and has the technical ability not only to develop both front and back-end

applications but is also well versed in DevOps methodologies and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the successful delivery of digital & data initiatives across our

clients

  • Ensuring that all client requirements are understood and translated into a

solution design.

  • Working with other Developers, vendors and Client SMEs to ensure that a

solution is built with the end user in mind and aligned to the client(s) business

priorities.

  • Working with client IT teams to ensure our solutions comply to client

standards, and guidelines

    • Working with broader team to identify opportunities, to enhance,

optimise and automate current frameworks and standards.

  • Design and implement comprehensive data architecture solutions that support

business objectives

  • Create and optimize data pipelines for real-time and batch processing

Capability Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience and proven ability to manage the delivery of projects applying

agile methods using Azure DevOps scrum methodologies.

  • Experience in IT architecture and IT solution delivery, with a strong background in

the practical use, design, and deployment of enterprise scale applications.

  • Extensive experience in business analysis and technical design in mining or related

industries, with a proven track record of delivery.

  • Familiarity and practical experience in one or more enterprise methodologies /

frameworks (e.g., RUP, META Group Process, Zachman Framework, TOGAF, ITIL etc).

  • Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (dimensional modeling, data

vault, normalized designs)

  • Experience with data integration patterns and real-time streaming technologies

(Kafka, Apache Spark)

  • Familiarity with API design and development (REST, GraphQL)
  • Extensive experience with

o Python programming language

o Git repositories and version control

o Azure DevOps and Azure services

o Azure Data Lake Gen2

o Azure DataBricks

o SQL Databases and SQL programming language

o Open-source technologies including: -

 Linux

 Kubernetes

 Pulumi (infrastructure as code tool)

 RabbitMQ message broker

 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

 Tertiary qualifications in computer science and software engineering is desirable.

 Solution orientation, with a preparedness to "roll up your sleeves" and be part of a

sustainable solution.

 Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills.

 Mining industry experience is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
