About the role

E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' is seeking a talented Non-voice Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via online chat, ensuring our clients' needs are met with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Reporting to our Call Centre Manager, this position is based in our Las Pinas City office, serving customers across the Metro Manila region.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through online chat in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with a focus on delivering a positive experience
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and actions taken
  • Continuously improving your product knowledge to better assist customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operation with the ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
