About the role

This is a full-time, in-office role with TASK AGENCIES INC' based in Las Pinas City Metro Manila. As a Non-voice Chat Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through online chat channels. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to help resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engage with customers through online chat to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical and non-technical customer issues
  3. Document all customer interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
  4. Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary
  5. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively diagnose and resolve customer issues
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  4. Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a call centre or online chat environment
  5. Familiarity with the Call Centre & Customer Service industry and best practices
  6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  7. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer demands
