About the role

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Service Account Representative to join our dynamic team at AUXILIA INC' in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. As a Service Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  2. Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, while providing a positive and personalized experience
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement process improvements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Proficient in using computer applications and customer service software
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  5. Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  6. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
