About the role

This full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) role at AUXILIA INC' in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila is responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to Optus telecommunications services. Working in a fast-paced call centre environment, you will be delivering exceptional customer service and support to Optus customers through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels
  2. Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  3. Provide accurate information about Optus products, services, and policies
  4. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department
  5. Actively listen to customers, demonstrate empathy, and ensure a positive customer experience
  6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document resolutions
  7. Adhere to call centre performance metrics and quality standards
