About the role

Join the dynamic team at TASK AGENCIES INC' as a Chat Support - Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role based in Las Pinas City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various digital channels. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with customers and resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat, email, and other digital channels in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers and assist them in navigating our offerings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on open cases
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
